How to invoice online

Your first invoice in 4 steps

  1. Create your account

    With your email and a password. It's free and you get 10 stamps to try it.

  2. Upload your CSD

    Your .cer and .key files and password. We check they are valid and belong to your RFC.

  3. Add your customer

    RFC, exact legal name, tax regime, zip code and CFDI use. Only once.

  4. Save and stamp

    Review the preview, stamp and email the PDF and XML.

Recurring invoices

Invoices that repeat, issue themselves

If you charge the same every month (rent, a retainer, maintenance, a subscription), schedule it once. On each date the invoice is created, stamped and emailed to your customer with the PDF and XML.

Choose the days: every Monday and Thursday, the 1st and 15th of each month, or once a year. If a month has no 31st, the last day is used. If you run out of stamps or your CSD expires, we let you know.

Exdoo Factura FAQ

Is Exdoo Factura really free?
Yes. Creating your account, adding customers and products, drafting, emailing invoices and downloading PDF and XML cost nothing. You only pay for stamps: one per document you stamp. You get 10 free stamps to try it.
What do I need to start invoicing?
Your RFC, tax regime and zip code, and your digital seal certificate (CSD): the .cer and .key files and their password. If you don't have a CSD yet, the SAT issues it for free with your e.firma (CertiSAT Web).
Can I issue payment complements?
Yes, payment complements 2.0. If the paid invoice is yours, the system fills in the installment number, previous balance and taxes; you review and stamp. You can also relate invoices issued elsewhere by entering their UUID.
Can I issue credit notes?
Yes, for discounts, rebates, returns or advance payments, related to one or more invoices by UUID.
How do recurring invoices work?
Pick an invoice as a template and the frequency: weekly (on the days you choose), monthly (on the days of the month you choose) or yearly. On each date it is created, stamped and, if you want, emailed to your customer automatically.
Are my data and CSD safe?
Your CSD and its password are stored encrypted and used only to seal and cancel your documents. No other user can see your data.
Is the app in English?
The app is in Spanish, like the CFDI documents it issues. If you need help, message us on WhatsApp.
Do stamps expire?
They are valid for one year from purchase. Drafts do not use stamps.
