What is a conversation?

It is a chat with a customer handled by the AI within a 24-hour window. If the customer writes again after 24 hours, it counts as a new conversation.

What happens if I run out of conversations?

The AI pauses and your agents keep handling every chat. No surprise charges: top up whenever you want from $249 + VAT, or wait for your plan to renew.

What is the difference between Exdoo AI and Anthropic AI?

With Exdoo AI, hosted on our servers, each conversation counts as 1. With Anthropic AI (Claude), which reasons better in complex cases, each conversation counts as 3. Anthropic AI is available on Small, Med and Premium; the Free plan uses Exdoo AI only.

How do I pay for the annual plan?

By SPEI bank transfer to a CLABE account unique to your company: you pay 11 months and use 12. We send you the CFDI invoice and the plan is activated as soon as we receive the payment. The year's conversations are a single pool you can use in any month.
