Which is better, Odoo or CONTPAQi?
They solve different things. CONTPAQi is a set of Mexican systems by area, very strong in accounting and payroll and widely used by accounting firms. Odoo is an ERP that brings sales, CRM, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, point of sale, online store and accounting together in a single database. If your challenge is running and controlling the whole company, go with Odoo; if you only need accounting and payroll, CONTPAQi may be enough.
Which is better, Odoo or Aspel?
Aspel (SAE, COI, NOI, BANCO, CAJA) is a well-known option for SMBs looking for separate systems by area. Odoo brings every area into one system, so a sale moves inventory, invoicing and accounting with no double entry and no interfaces between programs.
Is Odoo an alternative to SAP Business One?
Yes. Both are integrated ERPs for small and midsize businesses. Odoo usually has a lower total cost: Odoo Community has no license fee, Odoo Enterprise is licensed per user per month, and its code can be tailored to each company's operation.
