LeadBrain app privacy policy
This policy explains how the LeadBrain iPhone app and the LeadBrain web platform (panel.leadbrain.app) handle data. It complements Exdoo's general privacy notice.

LeadBrain is a business tool. The data about the customers and prospects a company handles in LeadBrain belongs to that company: Exdoo processes it only on the company's behalf and to provide the service.
What data the app uses
- Your account: name, email, role and the company you belong to. Your password is sent encrypted when you sign in, and the session is stored in the iPhone Keychain.
- Work content: your company's conversations, messages, files, leads, notes and activities. They travel encrypted (HTTPS) between the app and our servers.
- Photos and camera: only the photo or file you choose to send. The app never reads your photo library on its own.
- Calendar: only if you turn on "copy activities to the calendar". Events are written to a calendar named "LeadBrain" on your iPhone; we don't read or upload your other events.
- Notifications: a device identifier used to send you new-message alerts and reminders.
- Technical data: app and system version, and server error logs, for support.
What we don't do
- We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
- We don't track your activity across other apps or websites.
- The app has no ads and no third-party analytics.
Who it is shared with
- Infrastructure providers that host our servers and backups.
- WhatsApp (Meta), to send and receive your company's messages.
- AI providers, only if your company turns on the AI assistant: they receive the text needed to answer or tag a conversation and don't use it to train their models.
- Apple, to deliver notifications.
- Authorities, when required by law.
How long we keep it
For as long as the company's account is active. When a company cancels, its data is deleted from our servers within 90 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
Deleting your account or data
Your company's administrator can remove users from the web panel. You can also ask us to delete your account, or all of your company's data if you are its administrator, by writing to info@exdoo.mx from the account's email address. We reply within 20 business days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, and withdraw your consent, under Mexican data protection law (LFPDPPP). Write to info@exdoo.mx with your name, proof of identity and your request.
Children
LeadBrain is a work tool and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll publish it on this page with a new date, and email administrators when the change is significant.
