The decision that sets the price

Odoo Online or customized Odoo

Odoo Enterprise is sold in two plans. The difference is not just price: it's whether you use Odoo as it comes or adapt it to your company.

Odoo Online

Standard plan · from $31.10 per user per month

  • Server included: Odoo hosts, backs up and updates it
  • All standard Odoo apps
  • No server or technical maintenance costs
  • Used as it comes: no custom modules or code
  • No Odoo Studio, multi-company or external API

Who it's for: companies that can work exactly with Odoo's standard processes.

Customized Odoo

Custom plan · from $61.00 per user per month, on Odoo.sh or your own server

  • Custom modules and developments for your processes
  • Integrations with banks, e-commerce, WhatsApp and other systems
  • Odoo Studio, multi-company, external API and agentic AI
  • CFDI 4.0 e-invoicing with our modules and stamps
  • We automate what you do by hand today: the system works for you, not you for the system
  • Requires a server: ours from ~$230 a year, or Odoo.sh at an extra cost

Who it's for: companies with their own processes that can't adapt to the system: they need the system to adapt to them.

What about Odoo Community? Free, but incomplete

Community has no license fee and can be customized, but it lacks many of the apps that make Odoo strong. For a growing company, using Community often means reinventing the wheel: building or buying separately what Enterprise already includes, tested, maintained and updated.

Implementation

How much does it cost to implement Odoo?

It depends on two things: your company and who implements it. These are the factors that drive the price.

Size and areas

How many areas you implement (sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting, manufacturing), how many users and whether you run several branches or companies.

Level of customization

Using Odoo's standard processes or adapting it to yours: custom developments, integrations with banks and other systems, your own reports.

Data migration

Customer, product and supplier catalogs, opening balances and history that must be brought from your current system.

Accounting and tax

Many implementations stay in operations and never reach accounting. Getting to the accounting close, electronic accounting and CFDI requires consultants who master Mexican tax rules.

Partner level and experience

Odoo ranks its partners as Ready, Silver and Gold based on experience and certified consultants. A higher-level partner charges more, but has already solved the problems another partner is only about to find.

Support afterwards

Training for your team and support once you're live: unlimited, or in hour packages that run out.

Cheap ends up expensive

A cheap implementation usually looks good on the quote and bad six months later. A quality partner charges more, but your investment is guaranteed: the system is fully used, reconciles with accounting and there's no starting over.
