Odoo Enterprise stamps FAQ

Does Odoo Enterprise include Mexican e-invoicing?
Yes. Odoo Enterprise's Mexican localization (also on Odoo Online and Odoo.sh) issues CFDI 4.0 invoices, credit notes, payment complements and cancellations. You only need an account with stamps at one of the PACs Odoo integrates.
Which PACs can I use in Odoo Enterprise?
Odoo integrates three PACs: SW Sapien, Finkok and Solución Factible. Our stamps work with SW Sapien, so there is nothing to install.
How do I set up the stamps in Odoo?
In Accounting › Configuration › Settings, Mexican e-invoicing section: choose SW Sapien as PAC, enter the username and password we send you and switch to production mode. If you prefer, we set it up with you on a video call.
I use Odoo Enterprise with Exdoo's modules. Do these stamps work for me?
No: buy the Odoo Community ones. With our modules, stamps are charged to our stamping service even if your Odoo is Enterprise. These packages are for Odoo's native invoicing with the SW Sapien PAC.
Why buy stamps from Exdoo instead of the PAC directly?
They cost less, especially in small and mid-size packages, and you are supported by an Odoo Gold Partner: if stamping fails, we know whether it is Odoo, your data or the PAC.
Does it work on Odoo Online and Odoo.sh?
Yes. The PAC setup is the same on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh and self-hosted Odoo.
